Local Community Day

On the 13th of March, 42 community groups from across Belfast enjoyed a day out at Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic as part of Local Community Day.

Maritime Belfast Trust organised for 500 tickets to be disturbed to community groups from across Belfast. The groups included RNIB, Parkinson’s UK, Tiny Life, Positive Life, Simon Community, Rainbow Project, Inspire Wellbeing and Community Health Partnership.

We have received excellent feedback from various groups who attended Local Community Day, many of which pointed out they never have had the opportunity to visit.
